Jessica oversees our Operations department and has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is a crucial member of our team, ensuring all processes remain efficient and effective for our clients and internally. Jessica has worked in numerous departments enabling her to wear many hats over the years and get to know our company front and back. She is a vital asset to our company with her knowledge and expertise in the industry.

Jessica has been with the SNA team since 2016. Before joining SNA, she worked as an executive assistant for three companies. Jessica and her husband of seventeen years, Brian, have lived in various places while he was on active military duty; however, they now reside in North Carolina with their two children. In her free time, Jessica assists local animal shelters in fostering dogs awaiting their fur-ever homes!
